I called a homesecuritycompanywhen I first moved in because I had no idea before how bad petty crime could be in the neighborhood. Within my first week here there had been two bikes stolen from kids, one house had been graffiti-ed and another had its windows smashed out! I am not a really paranoid person but I thought that was too many things to be a coincidence and I just didn’t want to take any chances with my first house. It’s a lot of responsibility to be a homeowner and I just didn’t realize how many things you have to think about that you don’t when you’re renting! Either way, it’s nice being able to put money back into something I own and not just to a landlord and I know that after time a lot of these big upfront expenses will go away. I’ve had a lot of support from my family and I can’t tell them how thankful I am for it…maybe I’ll have a housewarming party to thank them all!

Today as I was wandering around Best Buy, I came across the TV section where they have 12 or 13 playing at the same time. I was struck with the difference between something shown in high definition versus something shown without. Now, I’m not normally the type of guy that gets sucked in to a new toy or fancy gadgets, but I have to say that I’ve never seen a football game look so real without actually being at it before! I'm a big fan of Facebook but on the other hand I make sure my account is secure and away from those weird members on facebook ( will not all ). As you all know, theres a lot of news on TV about a picture being used to solicit money and pretending in need of finacial help. So please be aware. So heres the easy steps to prevent it while it's not too late.

1. Your primary picture is not a picture of you or with you family members.

2. Now go to settings and edit all the neccessary steps to make you profile private.

Example: Profile - Only friends can see.

Search -Only friends can search my facebook profile.

Wall - Only friends can see my wall.

Friends - Only friends can see my friends.

Applications - Only friends can see my applications or you can disable it all.

and so much more.

3. When you upload pictures - go to profile and click photos. And from there you will see the title of the album, location, discription and the drop down menu,who can see the pictures your about to download on facebook. So, again extra precaution only friends can see your pictures.

4. Hide your email address on facebook. Here's how ----->> Go to your profile and click info. Scroll down and you will see your email displayed. So what you will do is click edit located at the right of your email address and change it to no one.
